Return Policy

All pieces are custom made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. 

Orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or modified 24h after it was originally placed, so please ensure that all details are correct before proceeding with the order.

Alexane Rachelle does not overproduce, so we do not have a surplus of stock to offer exchanges.

Production time

Please allow for 3 to 6 weeks for your item to get made before it is shipped out, as everything is handcrafted in-house. 

International shipping 

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Your checkout total only covers the items and shipping fee. Any additional fees required for customs clearance will need to be borne by the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any hiccups must be resolved between the customer and carrier.
